The "rice rice - MEME" was born out of the desire to bring the deliciousness of 荻野屋's prized "chameshi" to everyone.
The dish is cooked in the same secret broth and soy sauce as "峠の釜めし," and is full of years of wisdom and ingenuity to ensure that it tastes great even when cold.
